Job Title:- Waiter/Steward
Job Responsibility:-
1. To Greet Guest when he enters the restaurant, arrange table for him according to packs (Guest) need, offering water and giving menu card, taking guest order and printing KOT and giving the KOT to the kitchen for food preparation. while the food is getting prepared, the waiter places required crockery and cutlery in the table. After the food is prepared, taking it to the table and serving the food, mentioning the food name. later on clearing the table.
2.keeping proper record of liquor/Beverage stock.
3.Attending guest calls
