Job Role - Warehouse Executive

Location: Kolkata | Experience: 1–2 years | Full-time (Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm)

Round Two Ventures LLP is a fast-growing company offering tea, coffee, and snacks across offices, hospitals, and colleges through vending machines. We’re looking for a smart, hands-on Warehouse Executive to manage inward, pick & pack, dispatch, stock maintenance, billing and other day to day work.

Key Responsibilities

• Route planning
• Billing & Entries
• Order dispatch
• Inward Stock
• Loading/Unloading
• Stock Audit & Maintenance
• Service coordination
• Handle Calls & Emails
• Office administration (data entry, MIS, filing, and record-keeping)
• Opening/Closing

Requirements

• 1–3 years in warehouse, godown, store operations
• Should know MS Excel & Word
• Should be well versed with Kolkata area
• Strong multi-tasking & organization skills
• Reliable & trustworthy

Bonus (Good to have):

• Worked in distributor house
• Basic knowledge of vending machines
• Scooty / Bike
