Team Supervision

Manage warehouse staff, supervisors, and helpers

Assign duties and monitor performance

Ensure discipline and productivity

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams

Ensure proper documentation (challans, invoices, GRN)

Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

Cash Handling

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the overall growth of the company
