Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel (PHP) on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and interactive user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBackend (Laravel)Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Laravel
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Manage databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including schema design, migrations, and query optimization
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, Sanctum, Passport)
• Handle server-side validation, business logic, and error handling
• Optimize application performance, caching, and security
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, SMS, email, push notifications)
• Frontend (React.js)Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
• Use modern React features: Hooks, Context API, functional components
• Integrate REST APIs with frontend applications
• Implement state management (Redux / Zustand / Context)
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize UI performance and code reusability
• GeneralCollaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Perform debugging, testing, and issue resolution
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Deploy and maintain applications on production servers
• Follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance
• Required SkillsBackendStrong proficiency in PHP & Laravel Framework
• Experience with REST APIs
• Database expertise: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Laravel features: Eloquent ORM, Queues, Jobs, Middleware, Policies
• Authentication & authorization mechanisms
• Experience with file uploads, storage, and cron jobs
• FrontendStrong knowledge of React.js
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Familiarity with component-based architecture
• Experience with API integration and async handling
• Responsive UI development (Bootstrap / Tailwind / MUI preferred)

• Basic DevOps knowledge (Linux server, deployment)
• Understanding of MVC architecture
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
