Job description

The Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) of a Digital Marketing Specialist with CYC Group:


1. Digital Strategy Development


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Research and analyze digital trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to craft targeted campaigns.

Recommend and optimize marketing strategies to ensure maximum ROI and business growth.

2. Content Creation & Management


Create and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.

Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Manage editorial calendars and coordinate content delivery.

3. Social Media Management


Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Track social media trends and utilize best practices to drive engagement and brand visibility.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.

Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements (e.g., titles, meta descriptions, etc.), and build off-page links.

Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc., and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC)


Plan, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, ensuring they meet predefined goals and KPIs.

Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize the budget allocation to maximize lead generation or sales.

6. Email Marketing


Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer engagement and retention.

Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.

Segment email lists to ensure personalized and targeted messaging.

7. Analytics and Reporting


Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

Use data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics, etc., to track and report on KPIs.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve campaigns.

8. Collaboration with Other Teams


Work with the sales, product, and design teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

9. Website Optimization


Monitor and improve the website's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

Ensure the website is optimized for mobile devices and provides an effective sales funnel.

Work with web developers to make necessary updates and optimizations.

10. Brand Awareness and Community Engagement


Develop campaigns and initiatives that increase brand visibility and awareness.

Engage with online communities, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company’s online reputation.

Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations and manage the brand’s reputation.

11. Market Research & Competitor Analysis


Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Analyze competitor digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Track the effectiveness of digital marketing tactics used by competitors.

12. Budget Management


Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns.

Monitor spending and ensure that marketing campaigns are within budget while achieving goals.

13. Continuous Learning & Trend Adaptation


Stay updated with emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends.

Implement new tactics to improve digital marketing strategies and stay competitive.
