Job Description

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, BOQs, and site instructions.
  • Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, and welding of MS/SS structures, pipes, ducts, frames, ladders, and supports.
  • Perform welding processes such as ARC, MIG, or gas welding as required.
  • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of fabricated components.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers for execution sequence and clarifications.
  • Follow safety norms, wear PPE, and maintain a safe working environment at site.
  • Handle welding machines, tools, and consumables responsibly.
  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure weld strength and finish.
  • Rectify defects, rework, or modifications as instructed.
  • Maintain housekeeping at work location.
