Wordpress Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fully custom WordPress themes from scratch (HTML to WordPress conversion).
• Build and customize websites using Elementor Pro.
• Implement custom functionalities using theme functions, hooks, and filters.
• Customize existing themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive, optimized, and SEO-friendly.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools when needed.
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Elementor Pro (templates, global widgets, theme builder).
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Expertise in custom WordPress theme development.
• Understanding of PHP, WordPress hooks, filters, WP Query, and custom post types.
• Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) is a plus.
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD/HTML designs into WordPress themes.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of SEO and security best practices.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
