Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Developer to join our in-house digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining websites using WordPress. You should have a strong understanding of responsive design, website performance optimization, and a passion for developing engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to translate UI/UX designs into functional websites.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Ensure websites are secure and up to date with the latest WordPress updates.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Proficient in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website speed optimization.
• Familiarity with hosting environments, domain management, and cPanel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce, LMS, or booking plugin integrations.
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or other design tools.
• Understanding of version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with security protocols and regular backups.
