Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
We are looking for an AI Architect with deep expertise in AI, Generative AI and Agentic systems. This role involves designing scalable architecture for LLM-powered agents and overseeing technical strategy for autonomous AI platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end agentic AI systems with modular, reusable components
- Lead selection and integration of GenAI models, memory systems, and planning frameworks
- Design scalable APIs, inference pipelines, and orchestration layers using tools like LangGraph, AutoGen or AWS Agent Squad.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in multi-agent collaboration and tool-use strategies
- Work with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and secure deployments
- Drive research-to-production workflows including prototyping, testing, and performance tuning
- Mentor engineering teams and define architectural standards and documentation

Professional & Technical Skills:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in software architecture or AI/ML systems, with 3–4 years in GenAI and agentic design
- Deep understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, and context management
- Experience designing distributed, fault-tolerant systems and real-time AI applications on AWS environment from scratch.
- Proficient in Python, microservices, cloud-native patterns (Docker, serverless)
- Strong familiarity with GenAI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs)
- Knowledge of data governance, AI safety, and system observability
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities across cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
- Handle client communication, including articulating the solution to non-technical clients.

Additional Information:

- Bachelor s or master s in computer science, AI/ML, or a related field PhD preferred for advanced roles
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
