Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the systems will be part of your routine, ensuring that the applications remain efficient and effective in supporting business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and updates to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.
