Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, making a significant impact on the organization’s success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of application monitoring and performance tuning. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with incident management processes and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Grafana. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
