- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and challenges.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of database interactions and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
