Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Firewall Architecture.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall configurations.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to firewall policies and rules.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify security threats and operational problems.
- Familiarity with various firewall platforms and their management tools.
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and optimize firewall performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Firewall Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
