Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design and implement effective resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Exadata Administration. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Exadata systems. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Exadata environments. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Exadata Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
