Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and issues, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role will require exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design and implement resolutions to client issues. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout your daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of incident management and resolution processes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
