Area Sales Manager - KAM & HCV Finance - Motor Finance - Sales - Kolkata - Rene Tower - (M4 - M6)

Job Purpose
To be responsible for lead generation management, maintain customer relationship, to manage external relations with the various dealers and OEM Stakeholders in order to establish TCL as a preferred financing partner thus generating volume sales and meeting targets for the assigned product.

Main Accountabilities
Lead Management 
•    Managing and supporting the SMs in generating leads, dealing with channel partners whenever required
•    Provides procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals

Customer relationship management 
•    Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers and also handle any customer escalations pertaining to his geography
•    Takes initiative in creating in innovative customer value

Dealer relationship management 
•    Maintain relationship with key local dealerships, OEM dealers and local territory managers of OEMs

Team Management
•    Manage a team of SMs including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management
•    Ensure all SMs and dealer sales team are aware of policies related to product offerings
•    Ensure timely training on product and process changes for his team

Qualification : Minimum Degree: Graduate (Bachelors in any specialization) from a recognized university
