Location of Requirement: Kolkata / Delhi

Must-Have:

• BMC Remedy Development (ARS Version 20.02 & above)
• Soap, Rest API Webservices Integration workflow development.
• Vendor management and workflow debugging using API,SQL,Filter Logs.
• Linux, SQL, Kubernetes Basics.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
• Understanding of Agile development lifecycle
• Basics of SQL
• Good communication skills.

 

Good-to-Have:

 

• Good Telecom Domain Knowledge (OSS, BSS)
• Knowledge in BMC Helix and ITSM is a plus.
