You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your expertise will be essential in fostering collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive successful outcomes.

- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and guiding implementation strategies.
- Ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
