Business Process Architect
Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the designs, while also working closely with the Application Architect to develop a detailed process blueprint. You will participate in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are met, facilitating a seamless integration of processes within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in driving application requirements and metrics, ensuring that the business processes are not only efficient but also effective in meeting organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of business processes. - Conduct regular assessments of business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
