Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Educational Qualification : Any graduate in BE BTech MBA

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the processes are effectively documented and understood. You will work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews and provide education to stakeholders, fostering a clear understanding of the designs and their implications for application requirements and metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - Any graduate in BE BTech MBA is required.
