              SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Design and Deliver RCC Designs and drawings for Highrise Buildings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform Analysis
• Coordinate with Architects and MEPF Consultants, client & Site teams
• Develop design reports and review drawings.
• Coordinate with detailing  teams.
• Support design optimization for economy.
• Assist in technical discussions with clients.

Internal Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.

External Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s in Structural Engineering

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

• 2–15 years in structural design.

Nature of 

Experience

• Highrise Building Design, team leadership.
