Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies. You will focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions that drive next-generation business outcomes, ensuring that the migration process aligns with organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of migrated applications to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management. - Experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies. - Strong understanding of application architecture and data management principles. - Familiarity with both private and public cloud environments. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing infrastructure for cloud readiness. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
