Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with user expectations and organizational goals. You will engage in iterative design processes, conduct user testing, and refine applications based on feedback, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize application designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with SAP Fiori design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and OData services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
