You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
