Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
