Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to refine the applications, ensuring they align with user needs and organizational goals. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects through effective communication and teamwork. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.
