Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design sessions, and work on refining application functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirements gathering and analysis. - Ability to create detailed technical documentation. - Familiarity with user interface design and user experience best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
