Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to meet client needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with security protocols and data protection measures within Workday. - Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to Workday applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
