Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the business objectives and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by leveraging your expertise to create efficient and effective software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
