Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with data integration and management processes. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
