Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and training and development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR policies and procedures, with exceptional knowledge of current employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will be able to lead a team of HR professionals and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives and values. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Oversee performance management programs, including employee evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback processes. Resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and complaints. Ensure compliance with labour laws and other regulations. Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees and managers. Maintain accurate and complete employee records, and prepare reports as needed. Manage a team of HR professionals and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. At least 2/3 years of experience in HR management. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
