Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) • Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach • Working Experience in the area of Recruitment – job posting, candidate screening, resume sifting of 5 – 7 years for large corporations. Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple) • Recruitment expertise in for multiple geographies Knowledge & Experience • Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof • Good knowledge of leading recruitment Tools like Taleo, Brass rings. • Job posting experience in Monster, Jobs ahead, Indeed. • Ability to refine processing procedures based on “big picture” understanding • Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used for Recruitment. • Basic understanding of MIS • Good understanding of Service level agreements. • Ability to understand :- o the client administrative environment o the various Systems being used to process a participant issue o Workflow Management • Ability to take judgmental call from workflow responses. Behavioral Attributes • Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills. • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. • Highly self -motivated, directed and should be high on initiative. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. • Strong customer service orientation. • Good interviewing Skill. • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Effective Troubleshooting skills. • Learning agility – Aptitude to venture in to unknown territories. • Good researching skills Core Role Responsibilities • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits. • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks Work Conditions • Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines. • Ability to work 24*7 shift timings. • Ability to deliver effective training sessions.
