Responsibilities: required Skills and Qualifications: 

• 
  - Lead, manage, and oversee Guidewire-based program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.   
  - Develop and execute program strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.   
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and deliver seamless project execution.   
  - Act as a key decision-maker, leveraging 20+ years of professional experience to address complex challenges and drive growth.   
  - Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.   
   
  ## Experience & Qualifications   
  - **20-25 years of experience** in program management or related roles within the Financial Services sector, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.   
  - Expertise in **Guidewire Program Management**, with a deep understanding of the associated tools and methodologies.   
  - Demonstrated leadership experience at the **Director or senior management level**.   
  - Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
