Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: · Lead and execute data migration projects using Syniti solutions, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer across heterogeneous systems. · Analyze source and target system data structures and develop migration strategies. · Configure and customize Syniti tools for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. · Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and design data migration workflows. · Validate and test migrated data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness post-migration. · Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies during migration. · Document migration processes, data mapping, transformations, and configurations. · Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Syniti migration solutions. · Stay updated on Syniti product enhancements and best practices.
