Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and templates aligned with firm standards and client needs. · Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies through dashboards, status reports, and portfolio reviews. · Facilitate project planning sessions, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. · Support risk and issue management processes, escalating as needed to leadership. · Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster effective communication among stakeholders. · Conduct quality assurance audits on project deliverables and adherence to governance. · Assist in financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for projects. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. · Provide training and mentorship on project management with the best practices and tools. · Collaborate with other PMOs and practice areas to share knowledge and synchronize methodologies
