Job Description & Summary 

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. 

*Responsibilities:  

  • Key Skills: SAP Basis, SAP HANA, System Monitoring, SAP Upgrades, SUM, SWPM, TMS, Performance Tuning, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting 
  • 6-13 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration with expertise in SAP HANA. 
  • Proven experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patch management. 
  • Experience in handling SAP migrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting system issues. 
  • Familiarity with tools like SUM, SWPM, and SAP Solution Manager. 
  • Experience with system backup and recovery procedures in SAP HANA. 
  • Strong background in TMS configuration and change management processes. 

*Mandatory skill sets  

  • Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including SAP HANA databases and related components. 
  • Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for SAP landscapes. 
  • Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations across SAP environments. 
  • Perform HANA database backups, recovery, and maintenance. 
  • Apply SAP patches, kernel upgrades, and support packages as required. 
  • Work on SAP migrations (e. g., ECC to S/4HANA) and upgrades using tools like SUM and SWPM. 
  • Configure and maintain SAP Transport Management System (TMS). 
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams for hardware sizing, OS upgrades, and storage planning. 
  • Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices. 
  • Provide support during system incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution.

  • SAP certification 
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA. 

*Years of experience required  

  • 4-8 Yrs experience in SAP
