Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP MM with Public Cloud Senior Associates with a strong background in SAP implementation and Public Cloud experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Materials.

Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP Signavio Senior Associates with a strong background in Business Transformation and Process Minning experience. 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Collaborate with client's senior leadership and project implementation teams to define transformation objectives and develop a comprehensive business & ERP transformation strategy. 

• Utilize transformations tools to map out current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows. 

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and their usage in ERP systems and possess knowledge of tools to utilize process mining and modeling capabilities. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation by analyzing existing processes and their execution in ERP systems. 

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies 

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in/ support for transformation projects. 

• Provide training and support to teams 

• Oversee multiple transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. 

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
