Job Description:
Specialist with a strong background in PMO.
Responsibilities:
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, update, and track project plans, documents, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. · Meeting Coordination: Schedule, facilitate, and take minutes for project team and stakeholder meetings. · Project Monitoring: Track project performance metrics, milestones, and risks, assisting in mitigation strategies. · Administrative Support: Support project managers with resource scheduling, budget tracking, and data entry in PMO tools. · Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to ensure information flow.
Mandatory skill sets:
