IT Support Specialist

Job Role:

Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for employees. This role involves diagnosing and resolving IT problems, managing IT assets, and supporting users with applications, networks, and security protocols. The IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining system performance, providing timely support, and ensuring IT service continuity across the organization.

Key area of work 

  • IT Support & Troubleshooting 
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, Software's and peripherals.
  • IT Infrastructure & System Administration
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.,Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery 
  • IT Security & Compliance --Implement IT security policies and procedures.
  • IT Assets Management --Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including procurement and disposal.

Qualification: Diploma in Computer/Electrical/Electronics

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
