Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model performance and contribute to innovative solutions in natural language processing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of language models to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models. - Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications. - Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools. - Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods. - Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
