Formal Education & Certification Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
• Working Experience of 1 – 7 years in Learning and development in UK Geography

 

Knowledge & Experience

·       Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof

·       Excellent process knowledge of Employee life cycle, L&D, C&B & PMS within organizations.

·       Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect

·       Ability to understand :- the client administrative environment, the various Systems being used to process a participant issue, Workflow Management

·       Basic understanding of MIS

 

Core Role Responsibilities

·       Entering data in the HRIS related modules

·       Identify training needs, keep track, and share the analysis with the business.
