Next Gen-Premier Acquisition Manager-Business Banking-Sales-Sales
The Next Gen-Premier Acquisition Manager will be a key member of the Sales team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new premier clients and expand the bank's business banking portfolio. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business banking sales and a deep understanding of the market and target audience.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new premier clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and tailor products to meet client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, maintaining high ethical standards in sales practices.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the bank's products and services.
- Work closely with other business banking teams to cross-sell and upsell products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business banking sales, with a successful track record of acquiring premier clients.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the business banking domain.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
