Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet user requirements effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes. - Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to data engineering. - Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
