Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain seamless integration and compatibility across systems. Continuous monitoring and adaptation to changing needs are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization capabilities.
- Experience working with APIs and integration techniques to connect Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to extend and tailor packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.
- Knowledge of release management processes and best practices for SaaS applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
