Educational Qualification - B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities

• Execute all piping activities at site, including identification of spools, erection, alignment, welding, hydro testing, and commissioning.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and advancements in the piping field.
• Review and prepare isometric drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and verify material requirements against project specifications.
• Develop method statements, erection schemes, and detailed installation methodologies.
• Support procurement activities for piping materials (optional role as per project requirement).
• Plan, schedule, and layout piping activities in coordination with construction, QA/QC, and planning teams.
• Monitor on-site pipe installation activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Manage costs, track material usage, and drive productivity improvements across the piping scope.
• Develop new work methods, recommend process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency of the piping section.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules, progress reports, and evaluate progress against planned milestones.
