Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales & Inside Sales Executive with experience in Software and ELV systems such as Access Control, Time Attendance, CCTV, Video Door Phones, Boom Barriers, Parking Management, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Security Solutions. The candidate will support the sales team by handling technical pre-sales activities, lead management, proposals, quotations, and customer coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements related to Software & ELV solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and solution design for ELV systems.
- Prepare BOQ, system architecture, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical clarifications, demos, and approvals.
- Support sales team during client presentations and technical discussions.
- Assist in PO review, compliance checks, and project handover documentation.
- Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound leads, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Prepare and share quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline, and lead status.
- Follow up for price approvals, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with accounts & logistics for invoicing and delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Products & Solutions Exposure (ELV & Software):
- Access Control & Time Attendance Systems
- CCTV & Video Management Software (VMS)
- Boom Barriers & Parking Management Systems
- Visitor Management Systems (VMS)
- Fire Alarm & PA Systems
- Integrated Security & Automation Software
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to handling challenges in the office environment.
