Regional Manager-Sales-Commercial Vehicle-Kolkata-Srijan Tech Park-MM

  1. Responsible for P&L and Portfolio growth of  Commercial Vehicle (CV)  Finance  business for the Region.
  2. Responsibility for identifying new Business opportunities and Building business .
  3.  Achieving Budgetary number in terms of Book , Disbursement  NII , Fee income & Portfolio Quality .
  4. Team Management .
  5.  Networking and building Market intelligence Capabilities for the region.
  6.  Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and maximize profitability of the region
  7. Develop the  Channels for on boarding customers
  8. Give inputs on the policies and processes to ensure customer service deliverables .
  9. Liaison with Support functions (Operations , Collections , Credit , Risk , Finance etc) for ensuring build-up of a good quality portfolio .  
  10. Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
  11. Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
  12. Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams
