Regional Manager-Sales-Commercial Vehicle-Kolkata-Srijan Tech Park-MM
- Responsible for P&L and Portfolio growth of Commercial Vehicle (CV) Finance business for the Region.
- Responsibility for identifying new Business opportunities and Building business .
- Achieving Budgetary number in terms of Book , Disbursement NII , Fee income & Portfolio Quality .
- Team Management .
- Networking and building Market intelligence Capabilities for the region.
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and maximize profitability of the region
- Develop the Channels for on boarding customers
- Give inputs on the policies and processes to ensure customer service deliverables .
- Liaison with Support functions (Operations , Collections , Credit , Risk , Finance etc) for ensuring build-up of a good quality portfolio .
- Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
- Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
- Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams
Make present;ations to Business Head and senior management .
Qualification
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
