Regional Sales Manager-Emerging Corporate-Sales-Kolkata-Srijan Tech Park-SM
11052To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for their area.
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline.
1. Responsible for P&L and Portfolio growth of Corporate business for the Region.2. Responsibility for identifying new Business opportunities and Building business in large Corporate space.
3. Achieving Budgetary number in terms of NII , Fee income & Portfolio size .
4. Team Management
5. Supporting & Developing Debt Syndication and Advisory practice in the corporate Space for the region.
6. Networking and building Market intelligence Capabilities for the region.
7. Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and maximize profitability of the region
8. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
9. Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
10. Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
11. Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams
