We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Loan advisor and loan collector, specializing in loan sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing information about loan products, answering inquiries, and driving loan sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a keen understanding of financial products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Outbound Calls:*

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce loan products.

Explain loan features, terms, and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

*Inbound Calls:*

Handle inbound inquiries related to loan products.

Provide detailed information about various loan options.

Assist customers with the loan application process.

*Customer Relationship Management:*

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

*Sales and Targets:*

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for loan products.

Promote special offers and discounts related to loan products.

Cross-sell other financial products and services where appropriate.

*Data Management:*

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan applications, and sales activities.

Update and manage customer information in the database regularly.

Feedback and Reporting:

Gather customer feedback on loan products and the application process.

Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
