Responsibilities: Team Management II Performance Improvement 

• Lead a team of field sales agents and executives
• Regularly evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and plan training to improve performance and achieve desired results

Key Job Responsibilities:
•	In charge of running and managing the team operation regularly
•	Available daily at field sales point with POSMs & ensure team presence
•	Leading, managing & developing a team of field sales associates (~10), responsible for achieving sales targets and all other operational KPIs for the team
•	Be available when associates need assistance in sales discussions, to help close sales.
•	Listen to associates’ concern & feedback, identify training needs, resolve issues / conflicts, and provide coaching/ counselling as required
•	Plan and drive team-building activities in collaboration with HR & Training
•	Monitor team performance and report on sales performance, attrition, and absenteeism
•	Ensure sales quality based on preset standards, with strong focus on team ethics – zero tolerance for unethical sales activities
•	Assist Area Manager in preparing sales plans and activities to drive sales
•	Continuously collect market feedback on service & competitors
Desired Candidate Profile: 
1.	Min. 2-3 years of proven field sales experience with 1 years of team management experience
2.	Leadership to motivate, empower and engage the team 
3.	Drive for achieving and over delivering sales targets
4.	Minimum graduation in any discipline
5.	Sales experience in D2C startups preferred
